Global business success
Jaguar Land Rover is a British car manufacturer – owned by Tata Motors – built around two iconic automotive brands: Jaguar, the producer of globally celebrated, high-performance vehicles, and Land Rover, the legendary maker of world-famous premium SUVs. In their 80- and 67-year histories, Jaguar and Land Rover have been renowned for their stunning design, cutting-edge technology and breathtaking performance. Until the end of 2014, Jaguar Land Rover remained the UK’s largest manufacturer of premium vehicles, selling its products in 180 countries with 17 national sales companies worldwide.
Alongside its R & D and engineering headquarters in Whitley, Coventry, Jaguar Land Rover is supported by two state-of-the-art engineering and design facilities and three advanced manufacturing plants in the UK. These pioneering centres have helped the company receive outstanding recognition for its steadfast pursuit of technological innovation. Meanwhile, Jaguar Land Rover is investing £518 million to build a cutting-edge engine-manufacturing centre in the UK, which will manufacture a family of all-new advanced-technology low-emission, four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines.
As the UK's largest automotive employer, Jaguar Land Rover has a world-class team and employs almost 32,000 people globally. In addition, it supports 210,000 people through the supply chain, dealer network and wider economy. Globally, the company supplies its vehicles through nearly 2,500 franchised dealers, which employ a total of almost 53,000 employees.
We have won over 120 international awards, including both the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade and the award for Responsible Business of the Year, in recognition of our global sales performance and the positive ways in which Jaguar Land Rover contributes to society. Our business, like our cars, is inspired by our core values of outstanding quality, efficiency and enlightened innovation.
Jaguar Land Rover is driven by advanced design and innovation in technology and engineering. To support its ambitious growth plans, Jaguar Land Rover has been making significant investments in products and facilities, spending around £2.75 billion in this area during the financial year 2013-14 (April 2013 to March 2014). Investment was increased to £3.5 billion in the finacial year 2014 to 2015.

Fleet & Business
Jaguar Land Rover Fleet & Business is dedicated to providing you with the very best in business vehicles. To succeed in this highly competitive sector, our products are developed with the Fleet & Business customer requirements in mind; appealing design, low CO2 and total cost of ownership are combined to make a compelling proposition for any business.
Thanks to a wide range of financial solutions and our customer-focused aftersales service, we are able to customise our services and add value to every business partner.
Total cost of ownership
Jaguar Land Rover understands that total cost of ownership (TCO) is one of the most important factors when considering vehicles for your business.
That’s why we consider TCO in the design and development of our vehicles right from the start.
From insurance and servicing costs to depreciation values, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, every one of our vehicles can boast great convenience compared to competitors.
Servicing, maintenance and repairs
After depreciation*, servicing, maintenance and repair (SMR) costs can be the second largest expense associated with running a fleet. So, with each new generation of vehicle, Jaguar Land Rover looks to reduce servicing and repair requirements through the use of new technologies and synthetic lubricants. Our vehicles are also designed for longer service intervals and ease of access, which keeps maintenance and running costs low.
Fleet & Business Renting
Our leasing solutions offer you a different, new and free concept of mobility. Long-term rental is, in fact, a winning formula for many reasons: it offers real affordability, allows you to forecast a financial plan as well as to save time and resources for the management of your car. You will have a unique, comprehensive and advantageous experience of driving pleasure, leaving all the formalities to us.
Corporate social responsibility
Jaguar Land Rover supports many charities that do vital work addressing issues of health, human rights, conservation and sustainability.
In backing ClimateCare’s 'LifeStraw Carbon for Water' project in the Busia region of Kenya, we became the first business to support a complete geographic region in this project, reducing carbon emissions and providing safe drinking water for over 700,000 people. We have also donated Land Rover vehicles to both the International Red Cross and the conservation charity Born Free to assist them in their vital work in some of the most challenging environments in the world.
Building a sustainable future
Jaguar Land Rover was named BITC (Business in the Community) Responsible Business of the Year in 2013, and is the UK’s first-ever manufacturing company to win this highly regarded award. The accolade recognises our continued investment to improve our environmental performance, and increase skills and opportunities for employees and young people.
Sustainability is a key factor for our company. On the manufacturing side, we have cut water usage in our factories by 70%, achieved a 54% reduction in total waste sent to landfill, and created the world's largest rooftop solar-panel system at our Engine Manufacturing Centre in Wolverhampton: more than 21,000 photovoltaic panels produce over 30% of the centre's energy requirements.
We are also committed to sourcing more recycled aluminium in our manufacturing, and regularly meet with our top 200 suppliers to ensure they too follow our sustainability 'best practices'.
